Terms of Service - Apple Subscriptions

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

Welcome to Budget Flow. These Terms of Service specifically govern the use of subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store for our application. By using our service, you agree to comply with these terms.

Important: The purchase of subscriptions through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions, in addition to these terms.

1. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Budget Flow offers the following subscription plans through Apple in-app purchases:

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Automatic renewal can be managed by accessing your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

2. Pricing and Payments

Subscription prices are displayed within the app before purchase. Apple, as the agent, handles all payments for subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Payment will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation and at the beginning of each renewal period.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select the Budget Flow subscription
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Free Trial"

Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

4. Free Trial Period

If offered, the free trial period will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period. You will not receive a notification before the end of the trial period.

5. Refund Management

All refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to Budget Flow. We do not have access to Apple's payment system and cannot process refunds for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select the purchase for which you want to request a refund
  4. Select the reason why you want a refund
  5. Submit the request

6. Changes to Pricing and Terms

We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and prices at any time. Any changes to subscription prices or terms will be communicated to you in advance and will only apply to subscription periods after the current period.

If you do not accept the changes to prices or terms, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

7. Account Restrictions

Your Budget Flow subscription is personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Access is limited to your Apple ID and authorized devices associated with that account.

8. Premium Content and Features

The subscription grants access to premium features that may include:

9. Limitation of Liability

Budget Flow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will function uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app or subscription services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms within the app or on our website before they become effective.
