How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select the Budget Flow subscription
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period.

The app crashes unexpectedly, what can I do?

If the app closes unexpectedly, try these steps:

  1. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check that you have enough storage space on your device
  4. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app (you won't lose your subscription)

If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact us via email with details about your device and the problem.

How can I request a refund?

Since purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be directed to Apple directly:

  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select the purchase for which you want to request a refund
  4. Select the reason why you want a refund
  5. Submit the request
