Welcome to Fast Call. These Terms of Service specifically govern the use of subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store for our application. By using our service, you agree to comply with these terms.
Important: The purchase of subscriptions through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions, in addition to these terms.
Fast Call offers the following subscription plans through Apple in-app purchases:
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage auto-renewal by accessing your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Subscription prices are displayed within the app prior to purchase. Apple, as the agent, handles all payments for subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Payment will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
You can cancel your subscription's auto-renewal at any time by following these steps:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
If offered, the free trial period will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period. No notification will be sent prior to the end of the trial.
All refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to Fast Call. We do not have access to Apple's payment system and cannot process refunds for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund, please follow these steps:
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated to you in advance and will only apply to subscription periods following the current period.
If you do not agree with the changes to pricing or terms, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
Your Fast Call subscription is personal and may not be shared or transferred. Access is limited to your Apple ID and authorized devices associated with that account.
The subscription grants access to premium features, which may include:
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.
Fast Call is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or subscription services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms within the app or on our website before they become effective.
